I agree with what the others have said, just forget to turn up to the appointment.
It drives me insane how all these medical professionals try to bully you. THey make you feel like there is no alternative and it's life or death. You know your body's capabilities, and what's wrong with birthing a large baby? It's certainly not a medical condition! Stand your ground, you know best here.
