Alternating resting and walking, like LionsandBears said, you don't want to wear yourself out. If you're worried aobut leaking, use the maxi - pads that you've probably bought for after the little one arrives now - I found they were the only ones where I wasn't feeling constantly like I'd wet my knickers I found kneeling down and lying over the fitball quite relaxing (although didn't help prevent DD from being posterior) but spend some time on all fours too.
