i to was having pre labour symptoms for about 2 weeks. i was 11 days overdue when i had a cervidil cervix ripener inserted to get my cervix ready to be induced 2 days later and the MW told me that the CCR could cause 'niggles' but shouldnt induce labour. it turns out the 'niggles' i was getting was labour but i didnt realise until the contractions really intensified!! 2 hours later i was holding my little man.

as for being induced different hospitals have different policies. i asked to be induced 6 days over but was told they wouldnt induce me until 10 days over or unless it was medically necessary. and if they do induce you they usually just do it when they can get a bed available for you. hang in there, it wont be long xx
