If afterbirth pains get worse with each baby I'm dreading the next one because mine were a killer after DD for about 3 days. Gave birth naturally but needed panadol for those.

As for the placenta, I lied to the MW when she asked if I was having ctx and said no because my butt hurt after having DD and I didn't want to push anything anywhere anymore lol she looked at me and said 'you know it's gotta come out right?' and I gave in wasn't all that hard in the end, had to get around it in my mind rather than body!
