Labour shorter with each baby?

DS1 induced, from 1st contraction took about 16hours
DS2 induced, from 1st contraction took about 4 hours
DD some false starts inc the night before which was 6 hours of irr contractions, took 2.5 hours from 1st cont that day (and show)

From first contraction:
#1 induced, 18 hrs
#2 natural, 10 hrs
#3 natural, 13 hrs

The third took longer but she was a much bigger baby.

Looks like alot of ladies get quicker with each one eeek!!

#1 - 8.5 hrs active
#2 - 3.5 hrs active

I've had around 11 hrs each time of pre labour but once i go into active labour it's quite quick. Lucky we only live a quick short 5 minute drive from hospital.

My first I cannot tell you how long I would have laboured for as we were trying to stop it (extreme prem)

My second from first niggle to baby out was 2hrs 19min.

I am hoping to labour quickly again BUT NOT AS FAST ... sorry to all those wishing they had speedy labours but just because its fast doesn't mean its easy. Most fast labours put Mum and/or Bub in shock which can have its own problems. I went into shock and went all shivery and DD was stunned and refused to move or feed and she just lay there for ages until a MW intervened. They almost took her away.
