I passed a huge one about a week and a half after dd1's birth, freaked me out and was quite painful when it passed through my cervix but when I called the midwife she siad it was quite normal and not to worry unless I had heavy bleeding. It doesnt hurt to ring you midwife and check in with them about what is happening
