Hope you are safe and sound at Monash this morning.
Just waiting on the ambo to transfer me now monash wouldn't take me the way the contractions were last night as they couldn't risk them bring born whilst traveling. I hope the nurse collects all my things from the maternity ward as I've been in birthing suite all night

Good luck MrsS - I am thinking of you xx
Will be thinking of your MrsS and hope everything is ok
Oh MrsS Im so sorry you've had to go through all of this rot. It sounds like a horrible experience to have been put through for other peoples ignorance & indifference.
So glad to hear you are FINALLY getting transferred darl & wishing you the best & safest journey for your bubbas from here on out.
Thinking of you & your DH big time
Finally you have got some results....
Looks like you will meet your boys before me, but good luck and I hope that either they can make them stay in for a little longer or if they do come out that they are strong and healthy and that they won't have to stay too long in the NICU.
Monash is a huge hospital, it's just a pity that it is further away from Melbourne's CBD for your DH to have to travel too but if that is the best place for you and those precious boys then that's whats important.
Keep us updated on how you go.
I hope that things get sorted for you soon - I am so glad that you are being transferred. I can't imagine how you were feeling in a hospital that wasn't taking you seriously!!
I hope that however things turn out today that you and bubs are healthy and hopefully treated with a bit more respect!!
Thinking of you and I will definitely be stalking from now on too!! xx
have they managed to calm things down a bit for you? I think it is really sad they did not listen to you to start with.
Best of luck and hope the trip is not too bad. Monash is a great place to be when things are a little complicated xxx
Happy, safe travels to Monash !
Hope things improve when you get settled there.
Thinking of you !
xoxo
How are you feeling?
I hope you get some answers and they can sort out how to keep your little men baking a little longer :)

Monash have some great twin doctors so I'm sure you'll be well looked after there. Good luck honey. Lots of people here are sending super sticky vibes to you.
Thinking of you
Thinking of you :)
I had DS at Monash and shared a room with a woman in your exact situation, she was very well looked after! You'll be in good hands there.
goodluck and all the best at monash, hope they can get things sorted and you can find out what is going on exactly.
Another one thinking of you Mrs S...
Hope you are doing ok. I know we haven't chatted much but I'll be down Monash way over the weekend so if you need anything, whether a pushy advocate with doctors, undies, magazines, chocolate anything then PM me and I'll be there.
FabFiona, I am not too far from Monash. I wouldnt mind chocs and magazines if you are going past ;)
Hoping everything goes well for you MrsS

Wow 1cm, thats scary... pls update once you know abit more..
Will be thinking of you :) xox
Glad you have arrived safely.
Keep us updated, if you can...
Glad they are taking better care of you, hun
Been 1 cm for 4 hours though ballarat told me it can't progress because twin a can't move down he's stuck so I'm confused they aren't trying to stop the labour so I'm not sure why they aren't doing the csec

you need to ask them and find out what their plan of attack is. some drs and medical staff find that its easier if they dont tell the patients whats going on, coz then they dont have to answer further questions. but really all they are doing is stressing you out more because you dont know whats going on. you need someone to advocate for you and get the information you need.
I agree ask them what the plan is so you don't stress. Are they doing regular ctg's? That is the main thing, to know if they aren't in distress. But given that you have regular contractions and low fluid they must be thinking a c sect soon.
Glad to hear that the care is better there. I guess they may still be trying to hang off as long as possible for the boys. It is just so frustrating when they don't include you in the process. Good luck xx
Just a quick pop in wishing your boys a safe arrival!!
Personally i would probably get one of the nurses and just ask that you need to know what is happening and what there plan of attack is and maybe mention what the nurse in Ballarat told you about not being able to progress.
It's shift changeover so hopefully I get someone nice I explained to the last lady about the progress and she said something about watching contractions instead and some other change of the cervix this is so tiring I'm exhausted haven't slept since Monday night

So glad you got transferred to a better hospital!!!!
I really hope everything is going ok and your boys stay safe in there!!!!!
xx
Glad to hear you've arrived safely. I hope they can give you some answers soon  You are doing such a great job for your men x
can they give you sleeping tablets so when the boys arrive you are not totally exhausted?
They are a bad as ballarat :( nobody listens to me and what MY body us saying.
How long can I keep going in agony because my sons bum is stuck near my pelvis so I can't dilate more, they are putting me up on the ward despite me hardly being able to breathe through contractions and being a crying emotional mess.
I wish I knew some way to hurry labour up as they aren't trying to stop it but they are quite happy to let me go like this for however long it takes and I can tell you I will be far from sane.
This has to be the most traumatic birth experience ever :( I can't do this anymore, I really can't
