All I can say is...me too!

I had a posterior 1st bub with forceps delivery (sounds like yours). This time the baby is posterior again at 38 weeks....

My doctor did say you are more likely to have a second posterior bub if the first was....but he also said they can sometimes rotate at the last moment.

After much consideration and research (and a whole lot of other factors) I have opted for a CS....I just couldn't do the same birth as last time. I feel at ease with my decision.

However, that's just me. Others will have positive experiences of second births after posterior I know because I have certainly heard them.
