You're only a week post-birth and your body goes through some huge hormonal changes and everything can take a while to get back to *normal* even farting LOL. You're going to be a bit delicate and tender down there from all the effort of giving birth (regardless of how you gave birth) and when you fart, you do tend to use the muscles down there kwim? I know that might seem like TMI, but heck if we can't be honest on here where can we be?

Anyway, it might help to make sure that you drink loads of water, and make sure you try to avoid foods that can cause gas, like high fibre and sulphur-rich foods and make sure that you dont strain yourself if you can feel gas building up.
