Congatulations on your baby
I also wanted to add that pelvic floor exercises are really important as soon as you are able. I had this along with some other problems post birth and was referred to a physio who specialises in pelvic floor by my gp. Try to do at least 5 short pelvic floor exercises each time you breast feed and gradually build them up to longer and harder ones. The physio also pointed out that breastfeeding can have an impact on the pelvic floor and sphincta muscles so it's really important to keep up the excercises right through your bf journey(if you are BF that is). There is a great book she recommended to me that was only $10 called Water Works by Dr Pauline Chairelli that has some great info about these issues.
