sounds very familiar to my labour... and the few weeks leading up to the birth... and yep my bub was posterior.. if you are still out there?!? do some reading on optimal fetal positioning and keep rocking and stretching as much as possible. try some heat packs as well as the panandol... if you are not in labour and you need to catch up on some rest ask ur midwife about some thing to help you rest.. the last thing you want is to be like this and then have to push when you are utterly exhausted...
