What time did labour start for you??

Just wondering what time of the day labour started for you all?? Also what were you doing at the time??

I'm sure everyone is very different!

With Louis my waters broke after teaching a dance class at around 3pm in the arvo...(I ended up being induced the next day as labour didn't really establish)...

#1 I woke at 7am with a show and it started from there.
#2 I had real contractions start at 10:30pm.
#3 I had real contractions start at 8pm.

I say real contractions as with my last 2 births I had long pre labours which stopped and started so it's hard to put a time on it. I counted it as being strong enough to get me to go to the hospital...

Three of my labours started in the early morning (5-6 am). One started in the early evening.
My 2nd labour was with a persistent posterior baby. With him I had 2-3 days of pre-labour--very strong but irregular B-H which interrupted sleep. Then the day of, I had more symptoms & regular contractions began at about 10 pm. When I got to the birth centre a couple of hours later I was 7cm! I was so pleased because it was a first VBAC and then I knew I'd have the baby that night.
