HMM, does nothing count. My DP hid in the bedroom through most of my labour with Tehya only coming out near the end. He was too scared and panicky to do anything of use. Thankfully my mum was there and she held my hands while I squeezed them and got me frozen face clothes and put them on my neck for me.
