What a great story Leasha. You did so incredibly well to get through it all and still be so positive about it. At the end of the day you got your gorgeous ray of sunshine - and you have a great story to tell her of how stubborn she is! You are so strong to have gone through 42 hours of labour without any sleep - I hope you are trying to catch up on some now.

OMG hun.... I just had dejavu from 10yrs ago!!!

My birth was almost EXACTLY the same.... even the contractions 2 weeks prior, and the reason for the pain in the hip (Luke was trying to come out sideways too!!)

My hat goes off to you, because despite being 10yrs ago, I rememebr it vividly

So so glad everything is fine, and you are all home safe and are now a family

What an amazing birth story. I can't even stay awake 42 hours let alone be in labour that long. You should be very proud of your strength and determination. I am so happy to hear that you and your little girl made it through safe and sound.

Leasha, despite the fact that is wasn't how you planned, it was a beautiful story. You did do everything you could, you were absolutely amazing. I know your grandad would have been so proud.

I have cried through your story, and I really felt all your emotions through your narrative. I just feel like your grandad knew he would not meet Jasmine but was ok with that. I am sure his spirit will live on in Jasmine, and I hope that over time your sadness at his passing will be eased by the joy that occurred at the same time.
