thank kel for sharing that was real good to read. One question what does "APGAR score of 8 then 9 which surprised me but I'm not complaining.

Squidipa, the APGAR scores are tests that they do on your baby the check their breathing, colour and reflexes. Some babies that are slow to start may have a lower APGAR than others and may need the test repeated more than twice - my third baby had APGARs of 6 at 1min, 7 at 5mins so had another one at 10mins which was 10. The max score is 10. I think Kel was surprised the scores were so good because Allegra was blue and took a bit to get going.
