    Well done mama, and you too Alan.
    Imagine how that would have panned out in the hospital...same result - healthy baby - but most likely much avoidable trauma to both mama and baby to get there.

    thanks for your advice. I have done some quick checking on these sites, some interesting info on the rebozo (I'd never heard of it). Do you have any advice about Chinese moxa? I am booked for one of these with my doc who practices traditional chinese medicine. thanks.
