Wow! What an amzing birth story!

You have done such an amazing job at bringing little archie into the world, it must have been a scary labour for you. I totally understand the emotions running through you after being seperated from your baby straight after birth. I could only hold my man for minutes and then he was wisked off to neo-natal for anibiotics, As I'd had an epidural I couldn't walk and wasn't taken to him until 6 hours after his birth, when I got to neo-nates it was 3 in the morning, the nurse parked me in the middle of the room and I had to search for my baby, I had no idea what he looked like =( I Think the seperation also had a lot to do with our feeding difficulties and some pretty intense 'baby blues', Although I feel like I've come to terms with what followed my labour I think the memory will still trigger some deep emotion.
