BG - That was an absolute pleasure to read, and made me cry - what a long journey to bring Emerald into the world, and worth every moment.

Great write up - Emerald will be proud to read that when she is older and will realise what a special little girl she is

    Thanks for sharing

WELL DONE babe. Such a long drawn out labour (very much like my own first labour!) but you did soooo well. I am so proud of you for being at peace with the way she arrived

Very honoured to read your birth story, BG. You've written in beautifully, and it tells the tale of your gorgeous girl's entry to the world in a very poignant way. Very special

Well done on getting through that very tough and exhausting time, and I'm so glad that you felt in control, looking after both yourself and baby Emerald. You did *brilliantly*. I empathise with you so much on the feelings when you're not making progress. Being able to let them go and give you and your baby the best and safest birth possible is something to be incredibly proud of, even if things didn't end up as planned. You're amazing, hun.

Hope your babymoon is everything you've been dreaming about all this time.
