PIH can be very dangerous for both you and your baby. This may sound nasty but it can kill both of you. It is very very important that you are ckecked out EVERY time that you get the spots before your eyes.
No one at the hospital is going to think that you are stupid for keep going to see them.
I'm not sure iff you can rent a BP monitor but you can buy then for less that $100. Also another option it to go to the chemist thay may check your BP for you. If you do check your own BP and the reaing is 130/90 or more you need to go to the hospital. This is only a guide, for me to give you a more accurate number I would need to know what your BP has ben throught your pregnancy.

At the moment it sounds like you are having warning signs. This does not mean that you will get PIH but it does mean that you need to keep a close watch on it.
