Yep non-fermented soy products have been implicated in increased breast cancer list. The fermented stuff traditionally eaten in places like Japan is thought to have the opposite effect.
so whats classed as fermented soy as opposed to non-fermented products?

    is soymilk fermented or non?

Soy milk is non fermented. In fact in America they cannot even label it as milk. Fermented soy products are tofu etc.

I use the Sanitarium Peanut Butter with NO added salt or sugar. It's not with the other peanut butters, it's in the health food aisle. The ingredients are: Freshly roasted peanuts (91% min), vegetable oil.

Moi be careful with the vegetable oil in the peanut butter, it can contain artificial antioxidants that can be an issue, I think they are the 300 numbers, the only way to know for sure is the call sanitarium and ask them.

I did email sanitariuam and they DON"T use additive 320 in their peanut butter. It is on the first page.
