Both girls would bite when they were teething (or trying to play), and in the end I would pull them off immediately. I would offer again and if they tried it again they were pulled off. Didnt take long for them to work out that I didnt like that behaviour.
good luck, it takes a few times for them to work out what you mean but once they do it works well
