I'm not even pregnant and I feel this way sometimes - last night Amelia wanted a loooooooooooooong feed and sleep just as dinner finished cooking, and I couldn't get away from her for about two hours. Then she woke up 15 minutes later anyway!
I find distracting myself while feeding is the best way to deal with the "getoffmegetoffme" feeling most of the time. Thank goodness for my iGadgets! It doesn't work all the time, though...
