Tandem feeders: I did find a dummy helped, but ds was a thumb sucker at that age, so would often spit it out in favor of his thumb. Time was the only thing that solved it for us. I weaned dd when ds was six weeks due to severe thrush, and that really evened things out too.

Jen, both of mine have screamed in the car. It's so stressful! I just walk or PT it everywhere, and don't visit my friends who love far away even now ds isn't great in the car.
