Wow, I've never expressed enough to need a system. But I'm lucky enough to be able to stay at home though, so I admire you all for continuing to breastfeed, or express feed while you're back at work, that's amazing.

I think during DD's nearly 5 months, I've expressed exactly twice, and both times it was because she'd dropped her night feed randomly and I was painfully bursting when she'd finished her morning feed. Both bottles are in the freezer (120mL both times). I don't even know how she'd go having a bottle, she's only ever had boob. I'm pretty lazy! It would be nice to know sometimes that she'd take a bottle, it would make it easier for me to leave her, but then, there are advantages both ways
