yea its none of their bussiness!! =P to your "friend" dont let her get you down. You are doing a great job, and if you are happy and your little one is happy and healthy because of your choice then she can shove it!!

so the MACH nurse came to see me yesterday, had some tips re: feeding, and her wind. she did say the fast flow and 'gulping' she does at the start can just push all the wind down and it gets stuck in pockets. she then said just slow down the flow at the start. I asked how and she said just squeeze. seems pretty hard, I mean I'm squirting across the room here and she said just slow it down. so in the .1 second how to guide I got...I just have to put pressure on my boobs and kind of block the flow? will the work...seems like it wouldnt really do anything and i get nervous by 'blocking the flow' in terms of blocked ducts etc...
I know it will get better, its only been a week and my boobs are just working them selves out, but yea...
