I remember DS first long sleep thru - it was awsome but I think for last hour I was lying awake praying he would wake up to releive my sore BBs but refused to wake him (I believ in the never wake a sleeping healthy bub lol) but I was sooo uncomfortable lol and I'd be soaking wet by the time he did wake up, I could never figure out how to get my breast pads to stay in place overnigh lol!

Have u got a pump? That is how I actually started pumping and have kept doing one pump every morning. I would express the excess on the second side about 30mins after the feed and then start back on the first side next feed. Otherwise I was just too uncomfortable and leaking everywhere.
