I breastfed my toddler until she was 20.5 months with no extra vitamins other than the preg/bf supps . I chose to wean her around the 18-19 week mark though for several reasons one being it was becoming painful and she had develo[ed a tongue flicking thing which I hated.

I would chat to your Dr or Ob and see what recommendations they suggest.
