Bub is 7 days old and I am feeding and putting her straight down (after a burp usually) A friend of mine just said I should play with bub after feeds and then put her down so she will sleep better/longer. But I worry that if I don't put her down straight away she won't go down as she is a little unsettled. And i need all the rest I can so sooner to sleep the better.

What are your thoughts?
