Would my local GP diagnose the thrush if I had it? I don't think bub is showing signs of thrush.

I did speak to the two lactation consultants at the hospital and called the ABA about the pain I am experiencing,and I think if it keeps persisting,I will get a consult with a private lactation consultant. I really do want to keep breastfeeding,and really want the pain sorted out so I can enjoy it more.
