next experiment is frozen EBM. i have managed to get 100ml today over two sessions, so once the second lot is cold, i'll combine and freeze them, and then probably try her on it tomorrow arvo when DH gets home from work.

another question - how would you go about establishing a frozen EBM supply - am i doing the right thing expressing about half hour after a feed? i dont' really want to be expressing in the middle of the night as i am not sleepinwell as it is due to some other issues - and i tend to end up very awake if i do any more than snuggle DD and feed her through the night. DH even gets her in and out of her cot so that i dont' get up as he knows how restless i've been - so i'm mostly working on building the supply during the day...

and, another question (cos i'm full of them today!) - i know ebm should be warmed gently in water which is fine - if some gets heated to room temp for her to drink, and she doesn't, is it able to be put back in the fridge for later, or is that it? DH is a little worried about what to do to make sure she doesn't end up having icky milk or anything (he is such a big softy when it comes to that little poppet!)
