Atm DS will throw up after EVER feed.
He is BF and i often feed laying down on the bed and straight after his feed he will projectile vomit.
If i feed him semi upright - and then i go to burp him he will throw up on my shoulder,

But he has lots of sopping wet nappies and is growing well weight wise.

So when do you get concerned?

(he also gets lots of tummy pains and wind).
