Generally if they are putting on weight & in general are happy you shouldn't worry.

Brock projectile vomited pretty much every day til he was maybe 6 weeks old. My MCHN said it was common and not to worry about it unless he started to lose weight. He has continued to put on weight and bit by bit his chucking has improved.

I find that we keep Brock's wind under control by lots of tummy time. We line our floor with towels & down he goes & up come the burps.
