The cookies will not produce milk if it is not already there, hence why men & children can eat these with no problems. The active ingredients will only increase supply if it's in, or coming in. I made these for a friend & gave them to her just under 24 hours after her emegency c/s and she had milk flowing by the end of day four. We think think they may have helped it to come in quicker.
