Thanks Arimeh, hopefully this won't go on. It's very uncomfortable. I hear you can get sage in capsule form, might give that a go if I have no luck.

ETA: I started taking the mini pill just before I dropped all feeds. Took it about 10 days or so, then stopped. I then had a ridiculously light AF that was basically spotting for 7 days. Maybe it has something to do with it??
