The letter says people have been chosen at random with children under 2 on their medicare card, so it's not everyone

and if you were selected they sent you a letter and some information before you got the survery (a week apart mine were). so i'd say if you ain't got your letter you ain't on the list.

Hope they're selecting a wide range of ages, in the mothers.....

i also got one; i think they needed either a further comments section....or something asking how well you were supported by your hospital for bf....
