Natural fibre inners make my DD rash up sometimes. I use microfleece liners. Corn flour is a good rash preventative.

It's possible it's a fungal rash too. Hydrozole is an over the counter anti fungal that works. We only use it on hardcore cases, and Canesten anti fungal rinse in with the Nappies til it clears.
