My hubby was the same except he never got weekends off, so night help has never been there and day time their working
if your at the end of your teather you gotta tell dh, and if he's gonna be immature about helping than talk to your Dr or even the nurses at Dr centre will help put in you intouch with people who can and will help.
I'm sure au has 24hr lines you can call with health care profs, you can ring 1 at 3am when babys not happy.
