just wanted to offer support. I'm having some issues with this bub but with DD1 i had a very similar experience. I thought i had thrush and so did the doctor and gave me Difllucan tablets on pbs as otherwise they are around $300 i think but are supposed to work the best. Anyway the doc also did a swab and it actually turned out that i had a staph infection in both nipples so needed AB. Apparently the symptoms are very similar to thrush. Are your nipples cracked? Unfortunately for me DD had a high arch palette and short frenulum so damaged my nipples constantly and i kept getting staph so i expressed for 6mths. Maybe check with a LC to make sure there is nothing physical going on.

When i thought i had thrush i rang the ABA and there was a thrush specialist i was able to call who gave me heaps of ideas and info so if it is thrush it might me worth doing.
