Oh hun, sounds like it could be mastitis..... can you lock the bathroom door so DD2 can't escape??? give her something new to play with to distract her for a few moments?
I think you need to ring a GP and see someone first thing this morning.
If you have some panadol or nurofen then take them to deal with the worst of the pain and make it a bit easier to express.
Get a towel wrung out in hot water or something similar and use it to heat the area before you try. Be mean to DD and reduce her food a bit for a day so she is more likely to feed from it!
And a cold pack after the feed.
Mastitis needs your GP for antibiotics. Persistent blocked ducts can be unblocked by ultrasound from a physiotherapist - but make sure you have one who is experienced in this.
i managed to have a shower in our main bathroom so i could lock te girls in with all the bath toys!
managed to express, rang the ABA and she thinks its mastitis so off to the dr's in a few hours. thanks ladies! she also suggested an electric toothbrush or razor to massage the area rather than using fingers
