Oh hon, sounds like you're having a really tough time of it at the moment. Hopefully Manta or Barb will pop in soon with some good advice for you.
I had a couple of blocked ducts in the early days of breastfeeding too. By the sounds of things you're doing everything you can to clear them up, mine also took a good 5 or 6 days to clear while on AB's. One thing I found that really helped was to put a cabbage leaf in your bra (icky I know). If you get it out of the fridge it is great because it is nice and cool and they're meant to have really good healing properties for breastfeeding issues (don't ask me how or what, but my gp swears by them and I did find they helped).
You mentioned that you have tried massage. In my case I found it worked best to apply a heat pack a few minutes before the feed, then I would rub a little massage oil onto the spot and massage the area the entire time I was feeding. You probably already know this, but make sure when you are massaging that you are massaging in the direction of the nipple so as to work the blockage out iykwim.
The only other bit of advice I would give is that it is probably best to make sure you breast feed from the problem side as often as possible. Unfortunately expressing (even with an electric pump) isn't nearly as effective at draining the breast, so taking a day off and just expressing will probably cause more probs iykwim? If you can I would feed from that side as often as bubs will take it and then express immediately after for a good 5 minutes to make sure you're really draining the ducts.
