You sound exhausted! My DS is almost 7 months and last month I started resettling between 10-3/4am and found he is not after feeds as much as comfort. But like Saffy said sometimes its just quicker to feed them than resettling shenanigans and disruption that can go on for an hour +. I'd go with your gut instincts as you will know if he needs a feed or not by now. Many times DH has said to me 'just feed him' and it has been a lack lustre feed when I knew he wasn't that interested but DH was stressed it was hunger causing him to be unsettled. Also going to bed early and leaving DH to put our toddler to bed has helped me get some well needed zzzzs.
