Poos do often slow down after 6-7 weeks. Just wondering if with the vomitting you might have an oversupply driving the problem. You're happy that her latch is good now? No more problems there?
If you're happy that she's getting plenty, you could try block feeding for a bit and see if that helps? Just till your supply adjusts down enough that things slow.
