Sounds good to me I'd be doing the same.. just watching for any painful spots or redness. Only if they were painfully engorged would I express off a little for comfort.

I'd say what you are doing is working and it'll all settle down again. I think our boobs are meant to cope with changes in feeding 'schedules'.. to cope with heat, teething, sickness etc. As you say, just watch for any discomfort and deal with it then if it happens.

Sounds about right to me, just express for comfort if you need.
I've had quite a few lumps in the last couple of months, they just express out with a little bit of extra help, and as you say, watch for redness & discomfort etc.

It sounds exactly like what I am doing... It is annoying with the fluctuating weather, as DS is all over the shop wrt feeds and no two days are the same, but I have been OK too with my bbs... I say keep doing what you are doing and you should be fine. Good luck. xo

Sounds like you are doing all the right things, it will settle in a few days, but I did find that at times I would leak for a few weeks after my supply changed, then others not leak, it was a bit sporadic with me.

Keep an eye out for red blotchiness on your breast where there are lumps, and you will know when the lfu symptoms hit, I suddenly got temperatures and felt horrible!

Hope that it all settles again soon, at least in the interim your have a bit of EBM just in case

How are you doing now, tk?

You'll probably find it takes at least as long for your supply to settle down as it did to increase when she demanded more. If you express too much it will take a bit longer, but on the other hand this is a great opportunity to put some extra bm away in the freezer if you think you'd like to!
