Thanks for that info PB, we posted around the same time, I think that is why my supply was so terrible for so long, I was expressing after every feed and inbetween if I could and N was a very poor "sucker" until she was 5 1/2 months when it finally clicked, I was also under a lot of stress especially with a lack of weight gain, then loss!!

I think I will stay on two for a while, and see how I go, I am back to expressing again on work days, but had trouble this week as I was in the middle of meetings right when I should have been expressing (2-3 hours meetings too )

But next week I will be able to express on time and I will see how I go, that will give me a good clue about how my supply is going.
