Sounds like vasospasm to me, but I would go and see a LC to help determine if its thrush or vasospasm. If its the latter, there isn't really a solution, but hold a warm face washer on your nipples after a feed and try and keep them warm.
Mine went away on its own (basically when DD's mouth was bigger and she got the hang of feeding better).
