A lady that had her daughter the same time as me had to put a pillow under her boob and baby to line them up. She was about a H-I cup or something though. SHe was saying the sheer weight of the boob out of her bra was painful let alone trying to line her daughter up on the end until she found the pillow trick. For the first couple of days she said it was a reall juggling act to try and see what her nipple was doing when attaching bubs and ended up using a mirror to line her up.
