Question Sensitive Nipples With AF :(

Ok, so I'm feeling a little woe is me at the moment as AF has decided to return

When I BF Luke, I didn't have AF return until about a month after he was completely weaned.... Carmelo is exclusively BF and AF showed up just under 4 weeks ago.
I was living in hope that it may have been the one & only for another 6 months but alas, its almost 28 days to the day & it seems as though she's about to reappear.

It hasn't seemed to effect my supply at all, but OMG the sensitivity
Along with the Reynauds, its sooooooooore!

Apart from the heat & the nipple balm (which keeps the Reynauds bearable), is there anything else I can do?
Fortunately, it only seems to hurt for a few days & once the bleeding starts it settles down.

ETA - Out of curiosity, is it normal for AF to return after 3-4 months when you're still exclusively BF? Everyone I know personally (and myself the first time round) didn't see AF return until they at least started weaning.

    Thanks in advance

OUCH HollyBolly. DD was exclusively BF'd and AF returned after 3-4 months and also with very sensitive nipples, it was horrible. It did pass though after the first few cycles so there may be light at the end of the painful tunnel for you, hun. Hang in there it really should ease
