Ok I think my supply has dropped... Could only express a tiny amount and baby is very fussy at the breast- but this could be her own lack of appetite- I have not eaten much at all in the last 36 hours as it just comes northwards. I've got some Weleda lactation tea but I'm worried because I can't just pop baby back onto the boob to help build my supply back up as she flat out refuses. I can pump but pumping and seeing only a tiny amount dribble out is depressing! I'm pretty sure baby takes more out than the pump though as I can even hand express milk still.
