I'm really glad you posted here Lou, you've received some wonderful support. Sorry I couldn't talk more yesterday, and I wasn't sure if you wanted any comment anyway IYKWIM. I'm not really rapt with the idea of giving such a young breastfed baby water, it's totally unnecessary. He's getting plenty of water via your BM. Go with your gut babe. If you think he would be unsettled with dropping a feed (or if you would be upset), then it's not the right thing to do. You certainly don't NEED to. You've been doing such a brilliant job with your boy, I'd hate to see a spanner thrown in the works
