Hi all - i am preparing to try and Bf my second bub due eaarly august. I had a horror (like so many other stories i have read in this forum) I have pretty flat nipples. I purchased the Niplette a few weeks ago.

I have definitely noticed a huge reduction in the pain felt when using it. initially it was the same i felt when BF my first son. Now after three weeks i can put it on and only feel pain for a second and then it stops. It used to continue the whole time it was on.

Two main questions i hope someone can help with -
1) I am 28 weeks next week and thus it says i need to stop using. Any one know why (think due to the nipple stimulation?) and has anyone used it after this time?
2) I just watched the 'perfect latch' video and even after having the niplette on when i grasp my breast like instructed my nipples retract and there seems like there would be nothing for the baby to latch on.

Am i fooling myself??? I really want to BF this time but had my hopes up so high last time i was devastated when all didn't work out and i had to FF.
